The technical management of the e-commerce website is entrusted to Planet Soluzioni S.r.l., with registered office in Italy, Piazza C.L.N. 243 – 10123 – Torino (TO), VAT No. 01784520189.
Trucco Tessile S.p.A. is the sole owner of all rights relating to domains, logos, trademarks, and copyrights applied to the Website and the Products.

The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and submitting the electronic order form, with simultaneous acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer is prohibited from entering false, invented, or fictitious names during the online order procedure or in any other communications. The Seller reserves the right to pursue any violation or abuse in the interest and protection of all consumers.
By accepting these Terms of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability related to the issuance of incorrect fiscal documents due to errors in the data you provided when placing the order online, as you are solely responsible for their correct entry.
The contract is completed when the Seller receives your Order Form via the Internet, after verifying the accuracy of the data relating to your order.
The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian, and the applicable law is Italian law.
Once the contract is completed, the Seller will process your Order.
Once the contract is completed, the Seller will send you, via email, an Order Confirmation containing a summary of the relevant information.
The Seller reserves the right, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request additional information from you via email or by calling the phone number you provided.
If the products displayed on the website are no longer available after the Order has been submitted, the Seller will promptly inform you of the unavailability. In this case, the amount previously reserved on the Customer’s payment method will be released.
Trucco Tessile S.p.A. reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer involved in a dispute and/or controversy relating to a previous order. This applies equally to any case in which Trucco Tessile S.p.A. considers the customer unsuitable—this includes, for example, previous violations of online purchase contract terms or any other legitimate reason, particularly in cases involving fraudulent activities.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs:
ITALY
• Standard BRT Shipping: € 5.90 (within 3–4 working days – Free over €100)
• Express DHL Shipping: € 7.00 (within 2 working days, except for orders with embroidered items – Always PAID)
EU Countries
• Standard Shipping: € 19.00
Shipments are only possible to the countries listed in the order form.
Current promotions:
• In Italy, with a minimum purchase of €100.00, BRT shipping is free. DHL national service is always paid.
• In EU countries, with a minimum purchase of €200.00, shipping is free.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are processed on the next working day.
Personalized items will be shipped within approximately 7 working days, regardless of the courier chosen, due to embroidery processing times. Thank you for your patience.
Where applicable, customs duties and all export-related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
PAYMENT METHODS
To pay for the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you may choose one of the methods indicated in the order form on AlpinaIntimo.it:

Unless otherwise stated, all product prices and shipping costs on the website and in the Order include VAT and are expressed in Euros. The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the Order is submitted. Prices may change without notice.
ORDERS
The prices displayed on the website include VAT.
A copy of the Customer’s order is included inside the package.
Each shipment contains:
• the product(s) ordered
• the order summary
• any informational or marketing material
The Seller may amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The Customer will be required to accept only the version in force at the time of purchase. The new Terms will be effective from their publication on AlpinaIntimo.it and will apply to orders placed after that date.
PRODUCTS
The AlpinaIntimo.it e-shop strives to present and display products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, product color display depends on the user’s monitor, and AlpinaIntimo.it cannot guarantee perfectly accurate color representation.
For any information regarding products or future availability of out-of-stock items, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
RETURNS
To return an item, the user must inform TRUCCO TESSILE S.P.A. of their intention to withdraw, using the procedure available in their account on alpinaintimo.it.
The product must be properly protected and packaged, then handed over to the courier (usually DHL) designated by TRUCCO TESSILE S.P.A., after booking the pickup and agreeing on date and time.
The prepaid and pre-filled shipping label received via email must be attached to the package, which must then be given to the courier at the agreed date and time.
This return procedure is available only if the pickup address is within Italy.
If the user returns the product from an address outside Italy, they must ship the product to TRUCCO TESSILE S.P.A. at their own expense, without undue delay and within 30 calendar days from the date the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is met if the product is sent before the 30-day period expires.
Please note that returns delivered in December will be processed and handled starting in January.
Similarly, returns delivered in August will be handled starting in September.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To make a return, log into your account via the icon in the menu.
In your account page, you can submit a return request via the appropriate button.
Fill out the form completely, selecting the products to return, your preferred refund method, and the pickup date. We’ll take care of the rest!
Please remember that all returned items must be sent in one single shipment.
REFUND
Once the return is authorized, the refund will be issued shortly, within a maximum of 30 days.
There are two refund options:

Using the same payment method as the original order

Through a VOUCHER equal to the value of the returned items, usable in a single transaction within 1 month — after which it can no longer be refunded.
The value of the voucher corresponds to the value of the purchased items (discounted price if purchased on promotion).
The voucher must be used in a single order. If the order total is less than the voucher amount, the difference will be lost.
*Any customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. In the event of delivery refusal, only the value of the products will be refunded.
