HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

You can request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns are free of charge only within Italy.

Please note that returns delivered in December will be processed and handled starting in January.
Similarly, returns delivered in August will be handled starting in September.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

There are two ways to receive a refund:

  1. Via the same payment method used for the purchase

  2. Via a VOUCHER equal to the value of the returned item(s), which can be used in a single transaction within 1 month — after which it will no longer be refundable — on the online shop alpina.it.
    The value of the voucher corresponds to the amount actually paid for the returned items (discounted price if applicable).
    Please note that the voucher must be used in one go; if your purchase total is lower than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be lost.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed promptly, within 30 days.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To make a return, log in to your account page using the icon found in the menu.
From there, you can submit a return request using the dedicated button .

Fill in the form completely, selecting the items to return and your preferred refund method.
You will immediately receive an email with a pre-filled and prepaid return label, which you can attach to your package and drop off easily at the nearest Bartolini FermoPoint.

This return procedure is available only for returns shipped from within Italy.

HOW SHOULD THE ITEMS BE RETURNED AND WHERE DO I DELIVER THEM?

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: properly protected, packaged, and complete with all original tags.
They must not be washed or stained. Otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.

Place the items in a suitable bag or box, attach the BRT prepaid return label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest BRT FermoPoint: https://www.fermopoint.it/

Customized items cannot be returned.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE / ITEM / COLOR — CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

At the moment, exchanges via courier are not available.
You must return the items you wish to replace, choose your preferred refund method, and then place a new order.

IF I RETURN PART OR ALL OF MY ORDER, DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE FREE GIFT RECEIVED WITH A MINIMUM PURCHASE?

If you make a partial return from an order that included a free gift, you may keep the gift if the total value of the items you keep is equal to or above the minimum purchase amount required for the gift — or if you choose a voucher refund for your partial or full return.

If you return the entire order and request a refund via the original payment method, you must also return the free gift along with the purchased items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are returning an item from outside Italy, you must ship it — without undue delay and within 30 days of the online purchase — using a courier of your choice, at your own expense (including any customs fees).
Include your name, order reference, and reason for return, and send the parcel to:
