Shipping
The cost of shipping within the country is
- BRT Standard Delivery: €5.90 (within 3-4 working days - Free for orders over €79)
- DHL Express Delivery: €7.00 (within 2 working days - Always PAYMENT)
For abroad the cost is €19.00 and free for all orders over €200.
DHL will take charge of your delivery. In your shipping confirmation email, you will find a link to track your package.
Delivery times for your order within Italy vary from 3 to 5 business days from receipt of your order. If the recipient is located abroad, delivery times may increase.
If you're absent at the time of delivery, DHL will attempt to deliver the package a second time. If the delivery fails, you can reschedule the delivery with DHL or choose to hold your package at your nearest DHL branch.
Yes, we currently ship to all EEC countries.

Returns
Of course, you can always change your mind and return your purchase free of charge using the easy online return procedure found on your order page. Returned items must be sent to Trucco Tessile Spa in a single shipment. You will receive a refund for the returned items using the same payment method you used for purchase or via a credit note shortly thereafter. Yes, you can. Make sure you include the return authorization for each individual order inside the package.
You will receive the return form by email. If you forgot to include items or want to remove others, you can add/remove them from the package before handing it over to the courier. Please ensure all items you wish to return are sent in a single shipment.
I filled out the return form, but changed my mind and want to keep the items. What should I do?
Yes, any returned items may invalidate any promotions you have used and will therefore be charged to the buyer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the online purchase or via a voucher that can be used on the website within one month. The refund will be processed promptly, no later than 30 days (for orders purchased with credit card, prepaid card, and PayPal).
